A business owner designed Atlas, an AI assistant to take repetitive work off
Atlas brings BlinkLife, Claude, Obsidian and connected agents together into one business-support system, planned step by step.
This student set out to turn a scattered laptop into a real business system, and gave the idea a name: Atlas, an AI Executive Assistant. When the plan pushed their hardware past its limits, they didn't stop. They planned a whole headquarters instead, showing that progress in the program can be honest, deliberate and still very much underway.
Atlas: AI Executive Assistant
Before
Their projects, assets and past conversations were spread across two laptops, in what they call "the mess on my laptop." Repetitive work kept landing on their plate. When they tried running BlinkLife with everything connected, one laptop simply ran out of memory and gave up.
“Adding extra folders to consolidate, my projects, my assets, and bring the mess on my laptop into a business system.”

The turning point
In the program they defined the concept and identity of Atlas, combining BlinkLife, Claude, Obsidian and connected agents. They sketched Second Brain templates in Obsidian for chat captures, new offers, new emails, content ideas and affiliate-marketing knowledge. When the hardware failed, they used ChatGPT to plan a BlinkLife Headquarters Workstation rather than switch to a system they didn't want to learn.
“Had issue with using Blinklife: I killed my one laptop, not enough memory to have all those connected.”

After
They now have a clear design for Atlas, a folder structure that pulls projects and assets into one place, and Obsidian stored on OneDrive so it is easy to reach. They have a target build for a central Windows desktop, with laptops used as terminals. Next comes migrating old documents and starting the actual agent workflows.
What it lets people do
Atlas is meant to capture ideas, offers, emails and knowledge in one organised Second Brain, then let connected agents handle repetitive business tasks. It gives a busy owner one headquarters instead of scattered files across machines.
What they learned
They learned that a big system is best built in deliberate steps rather than migrating everything at once. They also learned to work with what they know, keeping to familiar tools, and to keep learning, with Obsidian and Airtable next on their list.
“Deliberate step-by-step organizational approach rather than migrating everything at once.”
In their own words
Atlas: AI Executive Assistant was built during AI Mastery.
