They turned repeated chat requests into nine reusable Claude Skills
Nine packaged Claude Skills now handle website building, an AI executive assistant and a personal health app without re-explaining a thing.
This builder got tired of explaining the same process to an AI over and over, so they turned each workflow into a skill that runs on its own. Nine skills later, their website work, their AI assistant and their health app all lean on a growing library. It is a quiet, practical story about working smarter, and anyone who uses AI daily will recognise themselves in it.
9 Reusable Claude Skills
Before
They were juggling several projects at once: building websites, developing an AI Agent Executive Assistant and working on a personal health app. Each recurring task meant opening a new chat and walking Claude through the same steps again. Their writing rules, like no em dashes and an 8th-grade reading level, had to be renegotiated every session.
“Used the /skill-creator framework to package repeatable workflows into .skill files, uploaded once and reused across future chats instead of re-explaining the process each time.”

The turning point
In the program they started using Claude's Skill Creator framework. Instead of treating each request as a one-off, they packaged repeatable workflows into .skill files that could be uploaded once and reused across future chats. That shift, from asking to building systems, changed how they worked.
After
They have now built and packaged nine skills. For websites there are skills for affiliate review pages, review articles, schema markup, domain name ideas and website clone prompts. Their AI assistant has skills for customer acquisition and summarising Gmail mailing lists, and their health app has skills for health summary reports and consolidating medical lab results.
What it lets people do
Each skill carries a full workflow and its rules, so the work comes out consistent every time without long setup. A locked-in formula, such as keeping the brand hidden until the call to action, runs the same way in every new chat.
What they learned
They learned that turning one-off requests into standing systems pays off. Once a process is captured, it stops being something to repeat and becomes something to build on, and the library keeps growing as new recurring workflows appear.
“Library keeps growing as new recurring workflows come up.”
In their own words
9 Reusable Claude Skills was built during AI Mastery.
