An AI Mastery student turned two Mindvalley quests into a living AI guide
An Airtable base of quest learnings, paired with a CustomGPT that builds on every answer to help launch a brand and vision.
This student took what they learned in AI Mastery and pointed it at something personal: helping their wife bring a long-held brand and vision into the world. Along the way they built a simple, clever system that turns quest notes into a collaborator. It is a warm example of AI skills serving someone you love.
Persephone's Quest Airtable and CustomGPT
Before
Their wife had a brand and vision she had carried for a while, and they wanted to help her shape it so it could make the most impact and reach her goals. The learnings from Mindvalley quests were rich, but a notebook only holds so much. Notes sat still instead of moving the work forward.

The turning point
In AI Mastery, they found tools and learnings they could put straight to use. They built an Airtable base holding the key learnings, links and other fields from two Mindvalley quests. Then they created a CustomGPT that references that base to guide the answers to the quest questions.
“I created a CustomGPT that references this airtable to serve as a guide to help answer the questions in a more robust and generative/collaborative way - and builds off each answer going forward to build a complete reference for the GPT and the quest.”

Now the quest work lives somewhere actionable. The CustomGPT answers in a more generative, collaborative way and builds on each answer over time, growing a complete reference for both the GPT and the quest. It has become one of many AI Mastery tools they use together to craft the brand.
What it lets people do
The system lets someone work through a Mindvalley quest with a guide that remembers and builds on what came before. Instead of scattered notes, they end up with a growing, organised reference they can return to and act on.
What they learned
They learned that AI is most useful when it turns learning into something you can keep using. As they put it, the goal was a place more actionable for the future than just a simple notebook.
