Designed and launched personal-brand website connecting two AI-enabled ventures
Elizabeth built a personal brand website connecting two AI-enabled ventures, then ran an independent technical audit that revealed critical gaps invisible during development—proving that strategic AI stacking and agentic review turn finished work into measurable, improvable assets.
Achievements
Inside the AI Mastery 2026 program, I designed and launched my personal-brand website, elizabethlawton.com, as the live hub connecting two AI-enabled ventures: The Encore Initiative (built on my acquired business interest in North Beach School of Dance, co-led with founder Becky Arden) and the Aligned Founders Convergence Retreat, co-founded with Jessica Fung. I then ran an independent technical audit of the finished site — full-site crawl, Lighthouse, and WCAG accessibility scan — to turn it from a finished build into a measured, improvable asset, and used the findings to scope the next development phase. In parallel, I advanced two manuscripts (Soul to Skin and Living Framework) using AI-assisted development.
Tools
Webflow (site build), GoDaddy/Porkbun (domain) and Netlify (hosting); Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini/Google Suite (research, drafting, and agentic audit work); HeyGen, CapCut, Eleven Labs, and Suno (video/audio production); Airtable, Keap.com, Salesfunnel.io, Jotform, and Stripe (CRM, funnels, and payments); Gamma, MidJourney, and Leonardo (visual assets); Fireflies, Plaud, and Wispr Flow (voice capture and transcription); Manus, Marblism, Nova AI Chatbot, Hermes, IR MCP Connector, and MiM Studio (agentic orchestration); Scorecard APP (metrics); Microsoft 365 and Apple (day-to-day production).
Methodology
I applied the program's core principle directly: no single AI stack runs everything, so each tool was matched deliberately to a strategic outcome rather than routed through one general-purpose assistant. Work moved in three passes — positioning and narrative (drafted and refined through nearly twenty iterations to lock brand voice), technical build (the Webflow site and its venture integrations), and independent audit (using Perplexity's Computer capability as an agentic auditor running Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, and an axe-core accessibility scan) — so the finished site was evaluated against outside benchmarks, not just my own read of it.
Learnings
The audit surfaced the clearest lesson: the site scored 98–100 on performance, but had zero working contact mechanisms and zero pages with search metadata — proof that even a well-built site needs agentic review to catch what's invisible from the inside. It confirmed that deliberate, outcome-matched AI stacking outperforms defaulting to one tool for everything, especially when running multiple ventures solo. Most of all, the program gave language to something I already believed from my military and small-business work: AI, applied with intention, is a force multiplier for human-centered impact — not a replacement for it.
