A channel built to honor a lost friend now runs on a team-built AI workflow

The project was created as a tribute to a dear friend lost to cancer, celebrating their legacy of kindness, resilience, and inspiration. The channel serves as a space for people feeling stuck, overwhelmed by stress, or coping with loss. It blends thought-provoking content, practical tools, and a supportive community to transform pain into strength, and struggles into opportunities. We run the project to honor life’s fragility and inspire people to heal, grow, and rediscover their purpose and higher meaning. How This Channel Helps - Inspiring Content: Posts combining philosophy, psychology, and mindfulness to foster introspection, offer comfort, and guide healing. - Practical Tools: Exercises and reflective questions designed to reduce stress, overcome emotional barriers, and nurture personal growth. - Community Connection: A welcoming space that fosters shared understanding and belonging for those feeling isolated. - Guided Transformation: Professional leadership coaching and Buddhist teachings offer insights to empower individuals with clarity and resilience. - Automated Support: A 24x7 Telegram Custom Bot to enhance user engagement, and provide on-demand resources, exercises, and information while reducing manual effort for the team, is built and under testing Achievements ·  Content Creation: - The process started as manual and evolved into a powerful workflow creating posting and recording content + curating user engagement with a Bot. - Started with brainstorming the needs, professional tools, and frames that can be helpful in the self serve one way engagement when people may not be ready to join a group or raise a hand yet still need help - Developed and revised Content strategy leveraging AI (Perplexity, Claud, OpenAi) - Crafted 70+ posts and recorded 20+ podcasts, converting these into engaging cross-platform content. - Designed visuals using AI tools like Canva, Leonardo.ai, and DALL-E. ·   Streamlined Workflows with AI: - Reduced effort for content production and posting from 15–20 hours per week to 5–7 hours, achieving a 60–70% time-saving while improving quality. - We started with taking 2 weeks 15-20 hours preparing for the podcast, recording it, editing, creating images and posts, and planning next series - We are now at approximately 2-3 hours per week for routine recording and posting + 3-4 hours of implementing and improving automations using Custom GPT, GPT Assistants, Custom Bots, Make, and Canva. - Developed Custom GPTs for podcast scripting, transcription summarization, and user engagement optimization. ·   Enhanced User Experience: - A Telegram Custom Bot acts as a channel admin, offering personalized interactions and promoting top posts, key exercises, and consultation bookings.   Tools and Workflow 1.     Custom GPTs in Telegram: - Ideation and script generation for podcasts. - Summarizing podcast transcriptions for posts. - Curating personalized user engagement. 2.     Image Creation: - Leveraged Canva, Leonardo.ai, and DALL-E for impactful visuals. 3.     Custom Telegram Bot: - Built via BotFather and programmed in Make for real-time user engagement and admin tasks. 4.     Google Script Integration: - To monitor and update the GSheet Master List of Posts, accessed by the bot for curated responses to members and real-time support. Detailed tools application The following tools are used across the workflow: 1) Team-shared Telegram Custom GPT that curates the content: ·        we define ideas and brainstorm in Miro, ·        put content ideas and angles we want to take into Telegram Custom GPT ·        It provides a script of the podcast ·        We record a conversation loosely following the script ·        Zoom transcribes the podcast ·        Transcribed text is summarized by Telegram Custom GPT ·        Canva Leonardo.ai and Dalle to create images   2) Team-shared Telegram Custom Bot curates user engagement by offering information about top posts and key exercises. The Bot also records requests for online practices and personal consultations. ·        The bot is created via BotFather ·        Bot actions are being programmed in Make integrated with Telegram Bot using a WebHook ·        Bot is a Channel Admin with respective rights ·        The goal is to have 24x7 member support relieving us to offer more value in less time  3) Google Suite tools ·        GoogleScript monitors and updates the GSheet Master List of Posts. ·        The Master list is accessed by Telegram Bot when offering information about top posts, key exercises, and recording requests for online practices and consultations. ·        A choice was based on the cost vs value – Gscript provides built-in functionality with a generous operations limit. That is also available via Make with a lower tier of free operations and more complexity with custom implementation. ·        The team is well versed in GSheets and not in Airtable. ·        Volume of posts is not significant at this time.   4) Next Steps ·        Create an Audio clone describing the channel value and guiding across materials.
