Rosario ML co-created two personalized coaching programs using AI, including Finding Your Spark™ and Career Mastery, helping clients move from presenting experience to communicating professional value with clarity and confidence—all while maintaining the deep human connection at the heart of transformation.
Achievements:
I co-created with Claude the program: Finding Your Spark™, a new program designed from scratch by deeply listening to a real need that didn't fit into my existing portfolio — auditing the transcript of an exploratory call, researching the generational context, and designing the session architecture within real time and budget constraints. It was documented as a replicable structure, not as a one-off case.
Career Mastery, another of my programs, is the evidence that this method already works with real results: a client who completed the program this year authorized the use of his testimonial, describing how he went from presenting his experience to understanding and communicating his professional value with greater clarity and confidence.
Every thing (Diagnóstico™, Brújula™ and Mapa de Alineación™) that I deliver is built from scratch for each person's real situation — I don't fill in a generic template.
In Volver a Tu Luz, the line of business for energy healing therapies and practical spirituality, I built (based on real feedback from a client) a session summary format, and a skill that helps me write them consistently without losing the warmth of each session.

Methodology:
I use practical spirituality, meditation, mindset and conscious manifestation as a bridge between being and doing — so that people reconnect with themselves and that recognition translates into a doing that is more coherent with who they are. AI has been the partner that allows me to sustain both fronts (Executive Soul and Volver a Tu Luz) with the depth they require, without sacrificing one for the other.
Learnings:
That real personalization —the kind that truly transforms— doesn't come from having more templates, but from being able to listen more deeply to each person because the operational part is already taken care of. AI doesn't replace the human bond in either of my two brands; it frees up the space for that bond to be more present.

Uso espiritualidad práctica, meditación, mentalidad y manifestación consciente como puente entre el ser y el hacer — para que las personas se reconecten consigo mismas y ese reconocimiento se traduzca en un hacer más coherente con quiénes son. La IA ha sido la socia que me permite sostener ambos frentes (Executive Soul y Volver a Tu Luz) con la profundidad que requieren, sin sacrificar uno por el otro.
Learnings:
Que la personalización real —la que de verdad transforma— no viene de tener más plantillas, sino de poder escuchar con más profundidad a cada persona porque la parte operativa ya está sostenida. La IA no reemplaza el vínculo humano en ninguna de mis dos marcas; libera el espacio para que ese vínculo sea más presente.
