During the program they decided to build a custom GPT for their team. They designed it to take raw inputs of any kind and shape them into the template the company wanted to use, and to fill in missing information on its own.
After
Today their team has SOP Architect, a custom GPT that drafts procedures from whatever material is at hand. Ask it for an SOP on setting up working hours in Google Calendar and it builds one, drawing on information from the web. They report it cut the time needed to produce SOPs by 70%.
What it lets people do
Team members can hand over a transcript, a voice note or a quick brain dump and get back a structured SOP in the company's format. When details are missing, it fills the gaps, so documenting a process no longer has to wait for someone to write it from scratch.
