Achievements:
Designed and deployed a custom AI-powered Business Operating System (BOSS) for an established electronics recycling company serving the San Francisco Bay Area. Integrated a conversion-optimized landing page directly with the CRM via API to automate pickup requests, reduce manual data entry, and significantly improve response speed, customer experience, and operational visibility. Also, currently supporting live business operations.
Tools:
Replit, OpenAI API, Google Workspace, REST APIs, workflow automation, and modern web technologies.
Methodology:
Implemented an AI-first, process-driven strategy by identifying operational bottlenecks and rapidly developing production-ready solutions. Emphasized automation, intuitive staff workflows, and scalable architecture capable of supporting future software productization.
Learnings:
AI delivers the greatest impact when applied to real business operations. Combining clear process mapping with rapid iteration enabled complex workflows to be transformed into fully deployable systems in a fraction of traditional development time.
