Launched new venture and secured major pilot client in 12 weeks
With two decades in ISO 9001 and legacy systems, he leveraged AI to architect a new business bridging industrial logic with modern agility. His breakthrough came when he used AI as a thinking partner to audit a 78-layout legacy database and secure his first major client.
This project documents the launch of my new venture, "Operational Clarity Architect." With 20+ years of experience in ISO 9001 and legacy systems, I used this course to build a service that bridges heavy industrial logic with AI-native agility. My "Onliness" is the ability to audit complex legacy debt and architect safe, scalable AI ecosystems for established companies.
In this video, I demonstrate the technical foundation of this new business:
1. The "Intelligent Library" (Automation Architecture): I connected the physical world to Airtable using APIs to eliminate manual data entry, proving my core philosophy: "IA before AI" (Information Architecture first).
2. Creative Logic (Screenplay Database): I used Claude to architect a specialized database that acts as a creative editor. It analyzes scenes and generates actionable tasks, demonstrating how AI can structure creativity.
3. The "Crown Jewel" (Legacy Migration Audit): I applied Context Engineering to a massive real-world problem: a 78 layout database legacy FileMaker system. I fed the entire schema to ChatGPT, treating it as a Senior Auditor. It successfully mapped risk, identified "bloat," and generated a prioritized migration strategy into my new "System Forge" in Airtable.
Why "AI Entrepreneur"? I did not just optimize a workflow; I used AI (specifically NotebookLM as a "Thinking Partner") to analyze my career history and define a completely new business model. I have already secured a major pilot client to move their operations from legacy to AI-augmented intelligence using the Operational Clarity Sprint methodology I built in this course.
Whew! What a ride. Thank You wonderful Mentors
