An information architect turned memories and Italian lessons into AI-made songs
A systems designer used Suno and ChatGPT to write songs that preserve a lifelong friendship and teach them Italian for a move abroad.
This student spends their working life designing structured systems and information architecture. When their teacher paused class to play music, they saw a new use for AI: turning memories and dreams into songs. The result is a body of work that is both technical and tender, and it shows how a program can open a door you did not know was there.
Emotional Architecture
Before
Their work was about structure: mapping, simplifying and designing systems in industrial settings. AI, in that world, was a tool for technical logic. Meanwhile they were preparing for a future move to Italy and needed to learn the language, and they carried precious memories that lived only in their heart and head.
“We didn't find the dendrites that day, but we found a lifelong friendship through a fit of giggles.”

The turning point
Their teacher, Vykintas, often "cut the class" to play music for the group. That habit became a lesson in how music and emotion can ground complex ideas. Using Suno and ChatGPT, tools explored in class, they began moving what they call "tribal knowledge" out of their heart and head and into songs.
“It’s a literal "earworm" that explains everything I want for my future life in Italy; I wake up with it in my head every morning.”

After
They now write and produce songs with AI. A French birthday song, made with ChatGPT, Suno, Midjourney and CapCut, retells the day they met their best friend in a high school biology class. An Italian collection keeps their goals close, from a morning earworm about the life they want to practical songs like "Il Mercato" for vocabulary.
What it lets people do
The approach turns AI into a personal tutor and memory keeper. Anyone learning a language can generate songs around daily situations to memorise words, and anyone with a story worth keeping can turn it into music and video to share across distances.
What they learned
They found that the same mapping and simplifying they use at work can hold feelings as well as facts. AI, they say, is not just for technical logic but for living a more intentional life, moving from manual effort to orchestration while building something heart-centered.
“Whether I am using AI to preserve a precious memory or to learn a new language, this course has taught me that AI is not just for technical logic—it is a tool for living a more "augmented" and intentional life.”
In their own words
Emotional Architecture was built during AI Mastery.
