Before

The turning point
During the program they settled on a deliberate way to build. Each GPT went through expert sourcing, deep research, a master guide and scenario testing before it was trusted. Then they brought the whole ecosystem together in Airtable, so every tool had a home and a purpose.

Now they run a command center that manages their growing family of specialized GPTs. The tools consistently offload repeatable work and help them think more strategically. They say they save 8–10 hours a week and have cut research time by about 60 percent, and they are already planning scalable automation for future phases.
What it lets people do
The command center lets advisors, experts, leaders and coaches lean on GPTs built for their exact workflows instead of starting from scratch each time. Standard processes become reliable, and research that once took hours comes back faster and better grounded.
What they learned
