A Human-AI system built to make women's hidden expertise visible

A Human-AI authority system that uses AI agents and behavioral science to turn invisible expertise into professional visibility for women.

This student set out to tackle a quiet problem: skilled women whose competence goes unseen. They designed The Tricia Experiment, a system where AI handles the speed so people can focus on judgment. It is a thoughtful example of using AI to protect what is human, not replace it.

The Tricia Experiment

Before

They saw a gap that numbers kept confirming: women committed to their careers, yet fewer promoted and fewer seen as leaders. Expertise often stayed invisible, especially in male-dominated rooms. The question was how to turn quiet competence into recognised authority.

“My mastery lies in the realization that the future of leadership isn't about who uses AI the fastest, it’s about who designs the best systems to protect and project human judgment.”

The turning point

In the program, they shifted from asking who uses AI fastest to asking who designs the best systems. That realisation became a concept they call the Authority Algorithm, backed by a business plan and a technical design built on structured workflows and autonomous agents.

After

They built The Tricia Experiment, a system that combines identity, behavioral science and AI orchestration. It frames professional identity as an asset and links its work to global goals, starting with SDG 5 on gender equality. They now think of themselves as designers of systems that project human judgment.

What it lets people do

It helps women translate invisible competence into visible authority through structured steps and AI support. Ideas like Balance Colors aim to keep people from over-using their strengths and burning out, so they can work from inner order rather than mental chaos.

What they learned

They learned that leadership with AI is a design question. Let AI carry the speed and the ego-free data work, and keep the human free for strategy and impact.

“I have built a system where AI handles the speed and the 'ego-free' data adherence, so the human leader can focus on strategy and impact.”
