A psychotherapist of 20 years made a full AI video to teach safe AI use
A psychotherapist built a custom AI avatar of themself and produced a complete promotional video with original AI music, without any traditional filming.
This is a Registered Psychotherapist with more than two decades of clinical work who decided to learn the very tools their clients are already turning to. They built a realistic AI avatar of themself, wrote an ethically careful script and produced a full video with original music. It shows how deep professional experience and new skills can meet in one project.
AI & Mental Health workshop video
Before
For more than 20 years, their work happened in the therapy room. They saw people starting to use AI for support while still living with recurring psychological symptoms. They wanted to teach people how to use AI safely and consciously, but making professional educational video usually means cameras, crews and filming.
“Ethical clarity is critical when applying AI in mental health contexts”

The turning point
In the program they learned to combine AI tools into one structured workflow. They used Higgsfield to build a consistent avatar based on their real professional identity, Perplexity for research and prompts, ChatGPT to shape the creative direction, SUNO for music and CapCut to edit. Prompt engineering became the key skill, the thing that kept the character's face, realism and identity steady across every scene.

After
They now have a finished, fully AI-generated video promoting their workshop, AI & Mental Health. It features their own avatar, cinematic scenes showing the emotional experience of people leaning on AI for support, and an original soundtrack. They also came away with a workflow they can repeat for future educational content.
What it lets people do
The video helps people see, in an emotional and accessible way, where AI can help and where it falls short in mental health. It opens the door to a workshop on using AI safely, consciously and responsibly, carrying professional knowledge further without replacing psychotherapy.
What they learned
They learned that AI can speed up professional content creation without lowering its quality, as long as the prompts are precise. Above all, they hold on to ethical clarity: in mental health, how you use AI matters as much as what it can do.
“This experience expanded my capacity to use AI as a responsible professional tool within my clinical and educational work.”
In their own words
AI & Mental Health workshop video was built during AI Mastery.
