Built digital platform helping Malta government turn strategy into action
An urban innovation researcher designed a digital prototype for Malta's government, transforming complex territorial challenges into actionable pathways. Using AI-supported coding, she created a solution platform that helps bridge the gap between policy ambition and real-world implementation.
As an urban innovation researcher working with governments on how their territories can become more adaptive, data-driven, and future-ready, I develop practical frameworks that translate strategy into action.
For Malta, I designed and built this digital prototype as a solution platform tailored to the Malta–Gozo island context. The website showcases structured city solutions addressing mobility, resilience, sustainability, and community intelligence — transforming complex territorial challenges into navigable, actionable innovation pathways.
Developed through AI-supported coding and rapid digital prototyping, this project demonstrates how research, policy insight, and technology can converge to help governments move from ambition to implementation — faster, clearer, and more strategically aligned.
