One spoken command now carries their idea from research to a ready social post
A voice-activated system that researches, writes, illustrates and posts to social media, pausing only for a human yes in Slack.
This student set out to see how far a single voice command could go, and built a full pipeline that turns an idea into an approved social media post. It links research, writing, images and posting into one flow. For anyone curious about AI automation, it shows what can come from joining everyday tools with patience and a clear plan.
Voice-Activated Workflow Automator
Before
Ideation, research and social media content were separate jobs, each done by hand. Moving from a rough idea to a finished post meant switching between tools and repeating the same steps. Approving and publishing across several platforms took its own time.
“Approval Workflow: Post content to social media platforms upon user approval via Slack or other integrations.”

The turning point
During the program they began treating their tools as parts of one system rather than separate apps. They mapped a path from a voice command to research in Perplexity AI, writing in ChatGPT, image creation, and storage in Airtable. The key piece was an approval step, so nothing posts without their say.

After
Now they start a task by speaking. The system researches the topic, drafts a post, creates a visual, stores everything in Airtable, and waits for approval in Slack before posting to Twitter, Facebook or Instagram. They also built a second tool that transcribes voice recordings, summarises them and saves them for later.
What it lets people do
It lets a person go from a spoken idea to a reviewed, ready-to-publish post without doing each step by hand. Because it can work through Slack, Telegram or WhatsApp, people can approve content from wherever they already talk. Voice notes become searchable summaries instead of forgotten recordings.
What they learned
They found that the real gains come from joining several tools into one cohesive workflow. They also learned to offer flexible options like Slack, WhatsApp and Telegram so the system fits how different people work, and saw how much time automating approval and posting can save.
“Effectiveness of integrating multiple tools into a cohesive workflow.”
In their own words
Voice-Activated Workflow Automator was built during AI Mastery.
