A blogger turned 630 posts into a reusable voice guide for about a cent

An n8n workflow read 630+ blog posts spanning three years and produced a voice brand file for about $0.01.

This writer had three years of blog posts and a question: what does my voice actually sound like? After a class with Tyler and Sara, they reworked an automation so it could read more than 630 posts for about a cent. It is a lovely example of taking a lesson and bending it to fit your own life.

Voice Brand Analysis

Before

They had written over 630 blog posts across three years, a large body of work with a style that had grown and shifted over time. They wanted to capture that voice so it could be used again. But running that much text through the model as it was taught would have cost quite a bit.

“That would have cost quite a bit using their model the way it was set up.”

The turning point

In the class with Tyler and Sara, they saw a workflow for voice brand analysis. Instead of using it as it was, they downloaded its JSON and asked Claude to review it and suggest a cheaper flow for the amount of text they needed. With Gemini and Claude helping on advice and scripting, they rebuilt it in n8n.

“I downloaded the json of their workflow and had Claude code review it and suggest a flow that would cost little or nothing for the amount of text I needed to analyze.”

After

Their workflow now reads their whole website, summarizes their writing style and how it evolved over three years, and outputs a voice brand XML file. The whole analysis cost about $0.01. They now plug that file into other agents to create content in their own style.

What it lets people do

The voice brand file lets AI agents write in the author's own style instead of a generic one. It also gives them a clear picture of how their writing changed over three years of posts.

What they learned

They came away seeing AI as a partner, not just a tool. It helped them refine workflows and write the code that made the automation work, turning an idea from class into something that fit their own needs and budget.

“AI tools are thinking and doing partners that can help in the development of my concepts.”

In their own words

Voice Brand Analysis was built during AI Mastery.

- I created a voice brand analysis that cost about $0.01. The workflow read my website with over 630 blog posts and summarized my writing style and evolution in my style over the 3 year period the blogs were written. It then produced a voice brand xml which I am able to use in other agents to create content in my style. - I used the n8n workflow for the automation and Gemini and Claude for advice and json script writing to achieve it. - Based on the class of Tyler and Sara, I wanted to do a voice brand analysis on over 630 blog posts I had written. That would have cost quite a bit using their model the way it was set up. I downloaded the json of their workflow and had Claude code review it and suggest a flow that would cost little or nothing for the amount of text I needed to analyze. - AI tools are thinking and doing partners that can help in the development of my concepts. I was able to refine the workflows I needed, and get code written to accomplish tasks in the automation.
