Before
In December 2025 they were juggling a digital marketing consultancy, an AI Mastery cohort building an agentic workflow, and their first Vibe Coding app. They have ADHD and dyslexia, and their mind thrives on patterns and strategy, not on holding a hundred details at once. The structures they had no longer kept up with the volume of projects and information.

The turning point
Inside Mindvalley AI Mastery, working with cohort members and LLMs and inspired by the Tango Forte methodology, they stopped fighting their wiring. They reframed the whole problem as one request: build a system where they never have to hold the details. With zero database design experience, they let Claude do the building while they stayed the designer.
“So I stopped fighting my wiring and started designing for it.”
In their own words
After
Today they run on a 9-database Notion system: Tasks, Projects, Resources, Documentation, Learning, Areas, Tool Stack, Contacts and Finance. Each morning they talk, not type, to Claude, which sees their calendar, helps set priorities and updates Notion directly. They have also written teaching guides so fellow cohort members can build their own.
What it lets people do
The system holds the details so the mind can stay on big-picture thinking. Self-filtering views show only active work and keep the rest hidden until needed, and voice-first planning lets someone think out loud while the system keeps pace.
What they learned
They learned that the best system is not the most sophisticated one but the one that works for your brain. The real breakthrough was subtraction, knowing what to hide, and living inside the system deeply enough turned building into teaching.
“The point isn't the most sophisticated system. It's the one that actually works for your brain.”
In their own words
Life Operating System (Walk the Talk) was built during AI Mastery.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
I didn't set out to build a Life Operating System. I set out to build something that could finally keep up.
In December 2025, I was running a digital marketing consultancy, enrolled in Mindvalley AI Mastery, part of a cohort building an agentic AI workflow, and building my first application with Vibe Coding. The organizational structures I had in place simply no longer worked for the volume of information and projects I was trying to hold.
I have ADHD and dyslexia. My brain is wired for big-picture thinking — patterns, connections, strategy. What it's not wired for is holding a hundred details in working memory while deciding what matters right now. So I stopped fighting my wiring and started designing for it.
Inspired by the Tango Forte methodology and shaped through collaboration with cohort members and LLMs, I built cognitive scaffolding — an external structure that holds all the details so my mind can do what it does best.
Today I'm supported by a 9-database interconnected Notion system built over ~6 weeks: Tasks, Projects, Resources, Documentation, Learning, Areas, Tool Stack, Contacts, and Finance.
Claude is my strategic partner, project manager, and coder. I didn't build the databases by hand — Claude did. Every morning I talk to it. Not type — talk. Voice-first, because it's faster and more natural. Together we decide priorities, and Claude updates Notion directly. I'm thinking out loud, and the system moves with me.
The result: I designed something that supports not only where I am now, but what I'm creating for the future — running multiple businesses, building products, and creating lessons to teach.
ACHIEVEMENTS
✦ Built a 9-database interconnected Notion system from scratch with zero prior database design experience ✦ Designed a Claude-powered daily operating workflow: strategic partner, project manager, and database builder with access to calendar and Notion ✦ Built an advanced AI cohort simultaneously with product development and client work ✦ Created voice-first workflows aligned with ADHD cognitive patterns ✦ Developed self-filtering dashboard views that surface only active work, hiding complexity until needed ✦ Produced teaching guides and documentation for fellow cohort members ✦ Evolved through multiple iterations — from overwhelming clutter to intentional, beautiful design
TOOLS (CURRENT STACK)
✦ Notion — 9-database relational system that holds all the information so my nervous system can relax ✦ Claude (Anthropic) — Strategic partner, project manager, and database builder with calendar and Notion access ✦ Anthropic API — Tier 2 access powering extended AI interactions ✦ Google Calendar — Integrated with Claude for schedule-aware prioritization ✦ Granola — Meeting transcript capture and voice processing
Planned: n8n Cloud for workflow automation, Airtable for CRM migration
METHODOLOGY
Tango Forte methodology. The system architecture is rooted in the Tango Forte methodology — a framework for navigating high-complexity environments through cognitive scaffolding, shaped through collaboration with cohort members and LLMs.
Voice-first. I think out loud. The system supports that. My primary interface with Claude is conversation, not dashboards.
AI as collaborative partner. Claude is built as a project — it knows my patterns, my priorities, and my tendency to spin. It's designed to help me focus and bring clarity. I decide; it doesn't. I stay as the creator and orchestrator, and outsource what I can.
Designed to grow. This isn't a static build — it's a framework designed to evolve with me. Over time I'll add more automations, offload more to the system, and continue refining. The scaffolding is in place; now it compounds.
LEARNINGS
The biggest learning. The point isn't the most sophisticated system. It's the one that actually works for your brain.
Breakthrough is subtraction. Every piece of complexity I added competed for my attention. The real skill was knowing what to hide.
Designing for how my brain works. I have ADHD and dyslexia. Once I framed it as "build me a system where I never have to hold the details," the whole design got clearer. My home view shows only active work. Everything else stays hidden until needed.
It's ongoing and evolving. The system isn't finished — and that's the point. As I learn what works and what doesn't, it adapts. But the scaffolding is in place, and that changes everything.
Building became teaching. Every guide I wrote, every visual I created — that came from living inside the system deeply enough to explain it to someone else.
