A business coach built their own client platform to replace Asana and Trello

A coach wrote a private, invite-only platform for clients' 90 day objectives, built with Claude Code and now live.

This coach spent years running client strategy through other people's tools: Asana, Trello, MS Planner, even spreadsheets. In the AI Mastery course they decided to write their own platform instead, and it is now live and set to become their company's branded home for client work. It is a clear picture of what happens when someone stops adapting to software and starts building it.

Your Business Momentum client management platform

Before

Their work depends on helping clients manage 90 day strategic objectives, and for that they leaned on a patchwork of tools. Asana, Trello, MS Planner and sometimes Excel spreadsheets all took turns carrying the process. None of them belonged to the business.

“Through the AI Mastery course I created my own project to write my own platform with the functionality of the above mentioned platforms.”

In their own words

The turning point

Inside the AI Mastery course, they set themselves a project: write a platform of their own with the functionality of those familiar tools. Working with Claude Code, they used Supabase as the database, deployed it on Vercel and kept all their code on GitHub.

“I have successfully created such a platform using Claude Code using Supabase as my database and is now live via Vercel.”

In their own words

After

The platform is live. Coaches invite clients in behind a password, open a dashboard of clients with red, amber and green status counts, and drill into each 90 day project to see objectives, tasks, assignees, due dates, subtasks, files and comments. It will become the company's branded platform for all client projects.

What it lets people do

Clients and coaches share one place to break 90 day goals into objectives and tasks, assign them, and see at a glance what is on track. Team members can discuss a task right beside it, mentioning each other in comments.

What they learned

They learned that the tools they once rented could be built to fit their own way of working. With AI as a coding partner, a course project became something the business now runs on.

“This platform will become our Company branded platform we will use for all our client management of their various projects including their 90 day objectives.”

We use a project management platform with our clients to help manage their 90 day strategic objectives. Traditionally we have used the likes of Asana, Trello, MS Planner and sometimes Excel spreadsheets to manage this process. Through the AI Mastery course I created my own project to write my own platform with the functionality of the above mentioned platforms. I have successfully created such a platform using Claude Code using Supabase as my database and is now live via Vercel. All my code I have stored on GitHub. The platform is password protected, users need to be invited in by the Coach. I have attached screenshots of some of the UI interface to give a feel for the platform. This platform will become our Company branded platform we will use for all our client management of their various projects including their 90 day objectives.
