AI Summit

"Shifted deep money blocks in under a minute with Paul McKenna"

I’ve attended more Mindvalley summits than I can easily count at this point, worked through programs on the app from teachers like Eric Edmeades and Lisa Nichols, gone through the Silva Method, and sat with meditations and hypnosis sessions from Paul McKenna. Somewhere along the way, this whole world became a real part of how I’ve grown myself.

Usually, I’m not a big fan of Zoom calls or online communication. As much as I love real-life interaction, I never expected to come to genuinely love these classes.

I used to carry money blocks that I had named in therapy but hadn’t been able to truly change after years of therapy — beliefs shaped so early and so deeply. Then I sat with one of Paul McKenna’s sessions, and a belief I’d been circling for years shifted in under a minute. I remember being genuinely stunned. Not skeptical-stunned. Just quietly amazed that something could move that fast after everything else hadn’t.

Honestly, I never once pictured myself as someone who could write a book, speak, or stand on a stage. Vishen personally guided me through a long list of the blocks I kept running into, patiently, more than once.

I became someone I hadn’t previously imagined I could be.

I didn’t think I belonged in these rooms. But as Bob Proctor taught Vishen:

> “Don’t ask if you’re worthy of your goals. Ask if your goals are worthy of you.”

That completely changed something for me.

This might sound strange, but Vishen has become one of the most important people in my life over these last few years — someone who genuinely knows me. His care for people runs deep.

Watching how carefully he curates every event and the caliber of teachers he consistently brings together has never stopped impressing me. I remember one coach renting an entire theatre to speak in. As a former actress, I was honestly speechless seeing the amount of effort and energy that went into every detail and into making the experience feel personally tailored.

Overall, what still amazes me most is how each of these teachers somehow manages to package things I personally love into speeches that stay with me long afterwards. If it’s my cake addiction somehow being turned into a lesson, I’m still wondering how they do that.

I’m not naturally drawn to anything technical, least of all AI. Somehow, the way certain teachers built entire classes around it made even me — genuinely no tech person at all — curious and excited instead of intimidated. Mr. Grateful and Noelle Russell stood out especially: two completely different teaching styles, both somehow making the subject feel alive instead of overwhelming.

There have been some genuinely hard seasons in my life, and Vishen wasn’t the only one there for them. Regan Hillyer didn’t just help me move through those stretches — she helped me shift ancestral patterns and blocks I’d already identified in therapy, sometimes for years, without ever finding a way to release them.

Knowing exactly what was blocking me was never the missing piece. Finding someone to help me shift it was, I almost stopped believing they exist until I was taught differently.

She taught me things that finally let the knowing translate into something different.

I’m beyond grateful — not just for the effort and work all of them have put in, but for what it’s actually done: I’ve set down more of that backpack than I ever expected to, and found a different level of my own spirituality somewhere along the way.

If you’re looking for somewhere to start, the guided meditations alone are worth it. I recommend them to anyone.
