After leaving their primary job to focus on real estate investing, Barlant achieved a 50% return on their first deal and went on to close 21 consecutive successful deals, ultimately starting their own company.
I got to know Alfio thanks to my partner. I decided to attend a summit, and after this event I left my primary job to learn all the necessary techniques for investing.
When I found my first deal, the property was ugly and old, but it had a lot of potential because of its excellent location. We set a good price for a quick sale. From this first deal, I achieved a 50% return.
Currently, I have closed 21 deals without ever failing, always winning because I have never deviated from the method I learned from Alfio. Thanks to what I've learned from the courses and coaches, I was able to start my own company.
