"Means and end goals opened my eyes completely"
Before this program, I was already on a path to self-improvement but I still struggled with stress and handling feelings. I already knew about the visualization exercise and how gratitude affects your day but over time I just stopped doing them. This program made me realize the importance of them and enlightened me with even more amazing things that I can do to eventually make myself a truly great and kind person, that is also why I enrolled because I knew Mindvalley will always give value for your time and because it was free I knew it would be stupid not to enroll. The top 3 insights that this program showed me : 1. Means and end goals opened my eyes completely, I definitely chased means goals. 2. The love yourself exercise made me see my face how it really is, normally I just see myself prettier than I am I guess but this opened my eyes. 3. Reverse Gap let me see how much I changed and I only completely admired that when I did the exercise. I am just so grateful that I could do this course for free, Thank you Mindvalley team, Merry Christmas and a happy new year
