Shared my intentional parenting on social media and people asked me to create a movement
A mother discovered the courage to share her intentional parenting approach publicly, revealing how she helps her daughter build identity through nightly rituals. Her vulnerable post sparked an overwhelming response, with people asking her to create a movement to help other parents embrace this transformative way of raising children.
Before the 7 Sacred States Challenge I was hiding a part of myself, the part of me that is an intentional parent. During the challenge I got the intuitive hit to share something that I do with my daughter before bedtime and how I parent her - with intention, not correction. I had FAITH to share it on Social Media how I help her with her identity every night and how she lives into this identity. I shared how she knows she doesn't need to earn my love. My LOVE is there no matter what. I RECEIVED messages from people in tears on how this post touched them so deeply and people asking me to create a movement to help other parents with this. KNOWING who I am as a mother helped me to create a moment of STILLNESS with her each night since she is a baby. This seeds her knowing who she is. This nightly ritual is DEVOTION to being a loving mother. Vishen helped me see that I am already living into many of these sacred states. Even in this reflection of how I had already integrated his teaching before the challenge was complete. He showed me that this is something that I am devoted to in my life and could possibly help other parents. These 7 sacred states are beautiful. I am grateful. After the challenge, I'm going to lean into NON ATTACHMENT of how this wants to be expressed.
