"Everybody needs this in their education"

In 2009, i witnessed the birth of my consciousness. I was in a toxic relationship, with a narcissist. He destroyed the low amount of self esteem i had, i didn't tell anyone what was going on because i felt so ashamed of myself that i couldn't bear to see pity in others eyes if i told them. But one day, i felt like i deserved better than what he was treating me and i stood up to him! But i still didn't know how to get off this relationship.. and i still was suffering from his mean words. I felt prisonner of this life.. i stayed 2 years in a one sided love relationship. On december 2009, i was sitting in my kitchen and thinking hard about a way to escape this torture. Then, my mind suddenly burst open, like i could see everything that could not be seen by the sens of sight alone! All the answers were coming to my mind like a beem of light entering my head! I felt liberated and very light! I was able to forgive him and not even feel bad for myself anymore... it was marvellous, it was my awakening to consciousness! Then was starting my journey to discovering consciousness growth, and now, year 2020, I found Vishens Be extraordinary and the four different state of consciousness and felt deeply compeled to dive in this more profound journey through consciousness growth. I'm still at the begining but even just the warm up made me cry tears of joy and it opened my eyes so that i could be able to shed more of my barriers and be able to advance in a yet better self. I will definitely teach what i learn to does around me, loved ones AND strangers! Everybody needs this in their education!
