"I am so ready to do this work and step into an extraordinary life"
Reflections as I get ready to start my first Quest... Inner work is the first step to changing anything in life. I have put the stories of abuse, pain and deep damage into boxes packed up tight where I could push them back into my memories to be forgotten forever. The habits and beliefs on the other hand have been out in the open all this time eroding away at any change I thought I could make. Finally, I recognized the piece that was missing on the inner work it was those stories I buried, the habits and beliefs that showed up in the voices of people no longer in my life. The people pleaser has to go, the martyr has to go, the beliefs of worth and ugliness has to go, the habit of being last and making everyone happy has to go. Inner work becomes a graveyard of the stories given, beliefs pushed on me and habits that were never mine. It’s time to Be Extraordinary so that I can write my own story of courage and empowerment. To bring in new beliefs that align with my true nature. To build habits that support the incredible being I was always meant to be. Inner work will bring out the unfuckwithable person who speaks her truth, walks tall, and is not afraid to take her place in life. I am so ready to do this work and step into an extraordinary life. I am excited to meet me at the end of Be Extraordinary Quest!
