I feel lighter and filled with clear energy

I took this course because I have been feeling lost, not quite getting the point of understanding the energy. At times, felt desperate, anxious and impatient, chasing the goal, the end result. Have certification of Silva method but haven't practiced for years. Was having tough time forgiving people in my past. Through out the course, it was really like peeling onion, layer by layer. Things became clearer each time. Last lesson was so powerful. The last meditation during the session, was filled with bright orange and green twirling then became yellow and finally bright white light wrapped me up. Tears ran down, my heart felt a huge shift. It was as if I was grieving in the beginning then I was able to forgive in a huge energetic way and received empowering sensation. The 3 words I received were fire, cool, and abundance. My response was "I let go, allow it to happen, and be at peace". I feel lighter and filled with clear energy. Feel the magnetic pull toward the energy field as if I am connected to the super magnet. Can't quite put into words but I feel that I know my way to my goals to help massive people find peace and empower them with love.
