Be Extraordinary

I now plan my future from calm, trust, and openness

Quick summary

After years of personal development, she discovered she was still setting goals from exhaustion and urgency. Vishen's 7 Sacred States Challenge helped her shift from forcing outcomes to planning from calm, trust, and alignment—transforming not her goals, but the inner state from which they're born.

I joined Vishen Lakhiani’s 7 Sacred States Challenge, a free 7-day online experience, with the intention of gaining clarity. What I didn’t expect was a deep inner reset that completely changed the way I relate to goals, effort, and trust. Before this challenge, I realized that—even after years of personal development—I was still setting intentions from subtle exhaustion and urgency. I was planning from mental effort, anxiety about time passing, and the need to “make things happen,” rather than from alignment. Each day of the challenge focused on embodiment, not information. The first topic, Knowingness, restored my self-respect and clarity. Faith reminded me that real trust doesn’t collapse when life becomes uncomfortable. That was about time to remember this. So easy to ask, so difficult to trust the process! On day 3, Love reminded me that it’s something we generate, not seek. Stillness softened my nervous system. Non-attachment loosened my grip. Devotion reframed discipline as identity, meaning, and service. That was a turning point for me, as this is my weak point. I realized that I had associated commitment with pain, rigidity, and a loss of freedom. Vishen helped me see devotion differently—not as pressure or sacrifice, but as identity, meaning, and service for a bigger goal than myself. Devotion isn’t force; it’s alignment lived daily. That shift alone released years of resistance. The most profound revelation came with Receiving. I understood that the universe doesn’t respond to effort or intensity—it responds to safety and alignment. Receiving begins when I stop proving, stop pushing, and allow myself to feel safe right now. This challenge didn’t give me more goals. It changed the inner state from which my goals are born. I now plan my future from calm, trust, creativity, and openness—and that shift is deeply transformative. What I deeply appreciate in every event with Vishen is his vulnerability. By openly sharing his own challenges, processes, suffering, and even experiences of illness, he gives us permission to do the same—and to transcend those states into something greater, not only for ourselves, but for our entire sphere of influence. I have been a Mindvalley student for over six years, and I’ve witnessed—and loved—each evolution of this platform. My dream is to one day be part of Mindvalley in a more integrative way, in Mindvalley Summer University in Tallinn. It is quite a budget to plan ahead, I am working on it and I trust the timing. Thank you to Vishen and the entire Mindvalley team. Meet you again soon.
