Learned what it truly means to know yourself and have faith

Quick summary

Through Vishen's 7-day challenge, she discovered that self-knowing isn't complicated—it's simply awareness of how you feel. A powerful metaphor about faith helped her finally understand how to trust, transforming her journey toward becoming truly unfuckwithable.

I’m writing this for the 7-day challenge by Vishen. While every state taught me something about my mind, knowingness and faith impacted me the most. Before this challenge, I was searching for answers about myself and faith in God or the universe through books and podcasts. They helped, but something always felt missing—I understood things intellectually, not deeply. On the first day, Vishen’s story about how he handled a situation with his partner shifted something in me. It showed me, in the simplest way, what it truly means to know yourself. That moment made me realise that self-knowing isn’t complicated—it’s awareness about how you feel and do what seems right to your consciousness. The second awakening was around faith. I had always struggled with it and didn’t know how to trust. The example of a mother making her child eat vegetables suddenly made everything clear. Faith is trusting that even when we don’t understand what’s happening, it’s happening for our good. This challenge changed something in me. By understanding myself better and learning how faith works, I’ve taken a step toward becoming truly unfuckwithable.
