Released guilt and self-doubt, created plan for retirement move to Alaska
Shannon released guilt and self-doubt to embrace a bold new chapter. Now retiring and moving 3,600 miles to Alaska, they've created a clear plan for their goals and learned to let go of relationships that no longer serve them.
struggling with guilt, self-doubt, fear, and a ton of stress.
The first thing to go was the guilt and self-doubt. I was able to create a plan to help me navigate what I want and where I want to be. Every now and then I can feel the stress in my shoulders but have learned how to release it and progress forward.
My life is pivoting from working my entire life (and very hard I might add) to one of retirement and moving forward in a completely different path!
I have an outline to begin this new journey and a plan to meet my goals. Although there is a bit of fear, I believe that the fear is only because this is new territory for me. I have moved away from Calif several times but moving to Alaska feels like a new country! 3600 miles away to an area where there isn't much warmth during the summer months. However, if all goes well, my life going forward will include quite a bit of traveling.
My MIQ page is full, I have classes lined up to complete, my house in Calif is on the market with a new agent, and my website is almost complete.
This past month has been a drastic change in who I was and who I am now. I feel as though I have finally found myself.
My happiness level has increased drastically!
I am learning to let those go who do not align with my goals and happiness. I will no longer hold on to anything or anyone who requires me walking on eggshells.
It brings tears to my eyes to feel this free and happy!
I'm sure that I must sound like a cliche but this class truly helped me grow into a much happier and healthier person!
So, even though your recordings are at least 10 years ago and is simply on repeat for anyone who takes your class, it still speaks to ones soul.
