Be Extraordinary

Once I begun the program I really connected with happiness in the now and how to master blisscipline

Quick summary

After a car accident left Amanda feeling alone and anxious, she discovered how to find happiness in the present moment. Through mastering blisscipline, she transformed her relationships with family and herself, creating the joyful connections she had always desired.

It was a sunny Saturday afternoon and I pulled up to my house only to notice the gas tank cover to my car had been removed in the car wash I just received. The cover had been loose for awhile now. I got back into the car to travel back to the business to retrieve the cover. On my way I slammed into a car in front of me. It felt disastrous! Immediately I started crying in frustration and verbally telling myself how stupid I was. The verbal self assults lasted for several minutes. I had never spoken to myself out loud this way. I was partially shocked and partially believed I deserved this attack. I currently had no insurance, my registration was expired and I was already renting a house six hundred dollars more then I could afford. Sitting in desperate anxiety waiting for the police to arrive I purchased this program. I had so many people around me in life yet I felt very alone and disconnected. In these kensho moment of life I felt I had no one to turn to. Likewise I felt I hade no one to share in my moments of joy. The aspect of the program that appealed to me the most was to be ability to have every relationship in my life to be "win win". Once I begun the program I really connected with happiness in the now and how to master blisscipline. When my father picked me up every morning to drive my son to school and I to work I decided to look forward to it. I had someone in my life who was there for me. Our morning commute was filled will smiles, conversation and belly laughs. Before I knew it I was heading our department social outing and scored us seats behind home plate. I have lived on my own for over ten years and always desired to have my parents over for casual quality time yet they were always too busy. My ultimate satisfaction has come from my parents choosing to spend every Saturday evening at my place to enjoy dinner and a movie. I'm not sure how it came about but without verbally asking this new ritual emerged beautifully. During mediations I see myself in my true athletic physique. Recently my son encouraged me to go for a run with him and we have been consistently taking afternoon runs. I see my form emerging. Yesterday on my run I stopped to talk to my neighbor at the end of the block for the first time. It turns out he was one of my dear regulars during my past years as a barista at Starbucks and we were able to reconnect. I have gone from a flower bud to a blooming floret with these resources. Thank you! I'm so excited for what's to come.
