Discovered where I need to let go and chose myself
Through the 7 Sacred States Challenge, she discovered how childhood abandonment shaped her present relationships. The Non-Attachment state helped her piece together where she needed to let go, empowering her to choose herself and confidently step into her calling as a spiritual coach.
This is one of the best webinars I've ever taken. I was lucky enough to take the 7 Sacred States Challenge with Vishen and it was thoroughly enjoyable. So enjoyable that it didn't feel like I was learning. However, I learned a great deal. The state that impacted me the most was the Non-Attachment state (5). I loved the first state as well, Knowingness. But non-attachment was where many things registered for me. A lot of who I am today is directly because of childhood. I started noticing, as Vishen was speaking, that my mind kept remembering very specific instances where I felt abandoned growing up and at very vulnerable times in my life. And slowly, as the webinar ticked on, I was able to piece together the areas of my life NOW where I need to let go, especially when it comes to relationships. I decided during that state to choose me. And I don't need to be fully healed (as healing is an ongoing process) in order to move on, in order to step into the person I am called to become. Now more than ever, I feel my calling is a spiritual coach. I feel more confident heading into the future, sharing my story, and guiding others along their spiritual journey AND I feel I can do that with the wisdom gained through my personal journey as well.
