"I find it easier to focus on what's important rather than getting distracted"
Yee transformed from spending days on busywork and social media to consciously planning time around what truly matters. Now they accomplish meaningful goals with ease, often finishing early enough to relax—a complete shift in their relationship with time.
Before the quest, I wasn't really mindful of how I used my time. I often found myself getting caught up in everyday chores, thinking I was being productive, but then realizing that I hadn't made progress on my important work by the end of the day. I also tended to spend a lot of time chatting on WhatsApp / social medias, feeling like I had to respond immediately to messages.
This course came into my life at just the right time when I needed to improve my time management. It gave me a structured approach to understanding why I was drawn to activities that seemed productive but didn't really contribute to my long-term goals. Now, I can plan my days more effectively and focus on what truly matters to me.
These days, I'm much more conscious of how I use my time, and my relationship with time has improved. Most of my days are filled with activities that align with my values and goals. I find it easier to focus on what's important rather than getting distracted.
I'm not claiming to be perfect, but I have noticed that my days are now much more manageable and, somewhat ironically, simpler. Some days, I even have spare time to relax because I've accomplished my tasks for the day. 😊
