"There is plenty of knowledge to take in and use"
Before this quest I was always curious about what drives distraction and how to avoid it ruining my productivity and affecting the present moment.
This quest helped me learning more about how external factor are actually influenced by our internal triggers. With this knowledge, I am now more conscious about how I can create distraction-proof routines and experiences.
Although I found this quest to be more theoretical than practical - could use some more tools and techniques to fend off distraction - there is plenty of knowledge to take in and use to make a positive impact in our life and the lives of those around us.
