Breathwork for Life

Just 15 days ago I went for quite a steeper trek and I did it without any shortness of breath or out of control heart rate

Quick summary

After struggling with tachycardia and shortness of breath that prevented physical activity, Mishi learned to breathe consciously through the nose. Within just 15 days, they completed a steep trek without heart rate issues—something previously impossible.

I was diagnosed with tachycardia back in 2021 and it went on until 2022 mid. Since then I developed shortness of breath, arrhythmic heart beat. I never really realized that I mostly breath from mouth. I enrolled in this program just to see what might happen and this changed my life forever. I became conscious and started living in the present moment because sir told us to stay conscious when we are breathing from the mouth instead of the nose. Now after a month, I have a habit of breathing from my nose only. Not just that, I always wanted to do treks and hike but because my heart rate used to shoot up the moment I would do any physical activity, I had to avoid that. But just 15 days ago I went for quite a steeper trek and I did it without any shortness of breath or out-of-control heart rate. These meditations has finally pushed my kundalini energies up to my throat chakra. I fell in love with meditating for hours. I can go on and on but I would say it changed my life and more changes are yet to come.
