Niraj is a gift, not only to the Mindvalley community, but for the world in general
Erwin experienced Niraj's breathwork in various settings, including a memorable sauna session. They describe how the practice helped them feel their body's response to the heat, calling Niraj a gift to both Mindvalley and the world.
Niraj is such a beautiful soul. Obviously being able to share his Breathwork in many different arenas, not just on stage, not just at a club, but even we did, personally, we even did one in the sauna, and that was really amazing. Because you really get to feel the heat and the body respond to what the breathwork does for you. Niraj is a gift, not only to the Mindvalley community, but for the world in general.
