I thoroughly enjoyed and gained working tools from the lessons
After being recently widowed, she recognized herself hiding in the background of social situations. The Quest gave her tools to show up, speak up, and confidently contribute to her active 55+ community with kindness and compassion.
I was recently widowed and started reflecting on who I was and how I could go survive in an active 55 plus Community. I realized I had intentionally stepped into the background, of any social situation. It was a wake up call when I recognized myself in some of the session. Such as “I am not a joiner” or “I am not a joiner” I now feel I have the tools to show up and speak up, to listen with Kindness. To recognize my abilities and contribute to a Community of people I share interest and compassion with. It was a very compelling and interesting quest. I thoroughly enjoyed and gained working tools from the lessons. Thank you
