"Before this program, I was not confident about coaching businesses although my work is predominately with entrepreneurs"

I enrolled in this quest to have a certification in business coaching; as I continued throughout the weeks, I found that the skills used are very similar to those I use with my clients due to the evocative nature of the initial questions and probing of the client's goals.

Before this program, I was not confident about coaching businesses although my work is predominately with entrepreneurs creating work-life balance.

Because of this program and being very mindful of times I have "business coached", I am confident to be able to present myself as a business coach as I bring more value to those I work with because of the importance of the initial probing and questioning of the client's goals and aspirations PLUS the expectations he or she has for the coaching they will receive. I, also, am more confident to approach companies and have the discussion around their leadership and employees' need for coaching, training, awareness of cultivating success using mindful techniques.

Thank you for this quest which helped to affirm my abilities and pull out more confidence. I highly recommend this quest into Business Coaching for those seeking to help businesses, large or small.
