"I feel equipped to hold space not just with structure, but with compassion and curiosity"
Before this Quest my life was… …driven by impact. I was investing in bold ideas, coaching mission-driven founders, and helping green tech scale. But I knew I could go further — not by doing more, but by being more.
After taking this Quest I feel… …more grounded in my role as a coach. I have a stronger inner compass, trust my presence more, and I feel equipped to hold space not just with structure, but with compassion and curiosity.
The reason I enrolled in this Quest… …I wanted to refine my skills and bring even more clarity and transformation into the coaching work I do — especially with visionary women and greentech founders.
What I was hoping to achieve/learn was… …a methodology and mindset that would make my coaching more powerful, intuitive, and scalable across the different roles I hold — as an advisor, investor, and mentor.
Reasons why I recommend this Quest is… …it balances coaching tools, inner work, and community connection in a truly powerful way. You don’t just “learn”, you evolve.
Areas of my life in which I’ve noticed the biggest changes in my life is… … my confidence as a space-holder, my ability to ask catalytic questions, how I build trust with founders, and how I now integrate intuition into strategic work.
My top 3 takeaways or insights during/after finishing this Quest are… 1. Real change requires courage and compassion. 2. Coaching is not just skill - it’s energy: The quality of presence often matters more than the “right” method. 3. Simplicity is often more powerful than strategy.
The biggest positive change(s) I’ve noticed are… …I now lead from a deeper place - and that has made me more effective, more inspiring, and more connected to the mission I serve.
