As a teacher, Sasha has been championing Dr. Shefali's conscious parenting approach since 2014, sharing her books in parent conferences and reading her poems to students, believing the teachings benefit everyone, not just parents.
I am not a parent, but I am a school teacher with a tutoring business. Since I first saw Dr. Shefali on Oprah’s life class back in 2014, I have been shouting her name and singing her praises!
Her message and her light shines so bright and I truly believe that Conscious Parenting is a path where every single human benefits, not only parents! I have shared her book in parent conferences, read her poems from the “Awakened Family” to my students, and practice and refer to her teachings daily!
