"This course was life saving for me"
Struggling with her 3-year-old daughter, Mayra discovered the real challenge wasn't her child—it was within herself. Through conscious parenting, she learned to let her guard down, connect authentically, and become the mother she wanted to be.
Before consciousness parenting by Dr. Shefali, I was having a really hard time with my 3 year old daughter. I mean she’s only 3 years old, how hard can things be? I learned so much about myself and what was going on inside me . I was making it hard, it was me, my daughter is only a little human learning to be herself. I wanted Help her with that , but I was only hindering her and myself.
This course was life saving for me because it allowed me to let me guard down and connect with my daughter the way I wanted to and in the process I learned that I needed to work on myself in order to be a better mother and person overall.
