"Areas of my life in which I've noticed the biggest changes in my life are confidence and overcoming my pet hate of being in front of the camera"

Before this Quest I had NO idea on how to structure or create a course. After taking this Quest I feel an overwhelming sense of pride in what I have achieved in just 5 weeks! The reason I enrolled in this Quest is that I am about to embark on a new business venture which is following a decade and a half-long passion for health and wellbeing. I will need to coach and want to run courses. What I was hoping to learn was how to create a course. What I achieved is SO much more. Jason's style of teaching and enthusiasm and authenticity shone through. Reasons why I recommend this Quest is because of the reasons I have just mentioned + it was FUN! Areas of my life in which I've noticed the biggest changes in my life are confidence and overcoming my pet hate of being in front of the camera. Knowing and putting into real-life practice how to create a course and the different course types. My top 3 takeaways for this Quest are: You can achieve more than you think in less time than you think - Parkinson's Law! Learning should be fun Short, bite-sized courses supported with written material/coursework book is fundamental to my learning. The biggest positive changes I've noticed are my confidence & pride in what I have achieved. To know I CAN do this. I CAN present. I CAN teach. I CAN overcome my fear of being in front of the camera. Thank you x a gazillion Jason, you ROCK - PEACE!
