This course was made really well, topics explained in a simple and intuitive way, so you're put at ease. It helped me begin a phase of evolution that doesn't stop at the 8 weeks of the course, because the topics covered and the tools are many, and to absorb and master them takes many months of practice. As in all processes of evolution, it takes willpower, otherwise neither miracles nor transformations happen. Anyway, I had some fantastic experiences that I never would have expected from an online course, in fact I was very skeptical. But I have to say I changed my mind and I would recommend it to anyone who has the will to dedicate themselves to it. Heartfelt Thanks to Jeffrey and to all the Mindvalley staff. Congratulations to Vishen for his idea, Thanks Again
