Before taking this course, I already knew that there is an energy world outside of us. I've heard of chakras before but could never really classify them. My knowledge was totally scattered and not complete at all, which confused me more than I understood. I knew about Spirit Guides, but never managed to communicate successfully with them. Which rather limited my life and didn't let me reach my full potential. Thanks to this course, I was able to complete my knowledge step by step and it became much clearer to myself what it means to work with energy and to move in the energy world. The course totally helped me to immerse myself in new worlds that were always there, but I wasn't aware of them. Jeffrey really brings a lot of order and structure into this topic and he helped me to see myself as an energy being and how I can deal with it. Now my life is not totally changed, but I now understand how I set clear boundaries and how I can say no to others and yes to myself. The tools we have learned are a great help to work on myself. It gives me the opportunity to change myself and thus bring about the change in the world that I would like to have. With this new awareness anyone can change the world. The secret is nothing more than implementing it and working with it.
