Duality with Jeffrey Allen has been transformational for me. He has helped me understand energy in such easy sensible practical ways that have given me a solid foundation on which to build. Other teachings now make sense as the foundations are in place. I never understood why I didn’t feel the energy and yet I have always felt like I was floating candy floss and never knew what to do about it. Grounding has been life-changing for me!
