Before this program I was very prone to absorb others energy and not be able to differentiate which energy is mine or someone else’s. Thanks to Jeff’s tools and guidance I know how to understand this better. During the program I noticed my sensitivity increasing and the partner exercises really helped to get the real-life experience. After the program I am feeling more confident every day and integrating energy work into everything I do.
