Before taking this program, I was scouring the internet, especially YouTube, for answers and information on energy healing and connecting to my Higher Self. Out there, there is too much contradictory information, and I found myself only becoming more confused, instead of enlightened. I love this program because it begins so simply, and stays simple, yet builds upon itself in an easy, natural fashion. I learned so much more than I even expected. I felt many of the shifts almost immediately. I am very grateful for this program and to Jeffrey for his gentle guidance. Now I feel more confident, have strong boundaries, and feel so much more grounded. I can't wait to run through the whole program again to pick up subtle things I may have missed the first time.
