After a difficult divorce, Connie discovered that understanding energy and personal control through Duality helped them make sense of their life and chart a new direction forward.
I have done several Mindvalley classes but Duality was by far my favorite. Learning that everything is energy and that we do have control over most of it, was a game-changer for me. It helped me make sense of my life after a recent divorce, and where I wanted my life to go. Lifebook came after, and that was huge. But I still use many of the tools I learned in Duality. And it’s getting easier and easier to share and help others.
