Through divorce, caregiving, and early sobriety during the pandemic, Caat discovered their true energetic nature through the Duality program. Jeffery's teachings helped them recognize their abundant energy and develop tools for self-healing through mindful presence and gratitude.
Living through a divorce during a pandemic while caregiving for my 89 year old father alone was more than I could bear. As an autistic woman newly sober I was struggling to find my true self. The political climate in the US didn't help. The Duality program and Jeffery's teachings brought me to the realization that my abundance in life was manifested through my already mighty energy experience, of which I was unaware. Discovering my true nature and ALL that it entails energetically brought forth a smoother shift into mindful presence and gratitude. Jeffery's calm and authentic teaching style is like a salve on the wounds of my old story, helping me develop the tools needed to heal myself using my own energy connections to the One source. I am forever grateful to Jeffery for shining light on my life and for Mindvalley for creating a venue where, during a pandemic, people are still able to connect, learn and be healed.
