"My day to day life has changed drastically"
After initially focusing only on religion, Nolan discovered energy work through Duality and committed an entire year to deepening this practice. The transformation has been so profound that Nolan completed the quest twice and would gladly do it a third time.
I would do Duality a 3rd time....it is so good!
For some reason, energy work did not appeal to me a few years back, I was very content with focusing on Religion only. I had known about energy healing and the spiritual world before but never dived deeper. I joined Mindvalley, late 2019 and started using some meditation techniques from other quests and could see the benefits start to show.
My first Duality was last year which led to me deciding that I am going to do it again in 2022. The year I dedicate to Energy work and understanding this guy "Nolan" more, allowing him to see the potential he has within himself.
Wow, Jeffrey Allen does not disappoint. I have learnt so much more now and have been using the daily techniques learnt e.g. turning down my analyzer. I can tell you that my day to day life has changed drastically.
I am loving energy work and realising that everything that goes on in my body is on me. We all have the ability to take control of our beautiful lives.
