“My heart and chest feel more open and spacious now”
Emily discovered her chronic foot pain was actually stored in her core. After moving the energy out during the meditation, she felt an immediate shift—her heart and chest opened up, and she even witnessed white light radiating during the practice.
I just watched the [Energy Healing 101] video this morning and did the meditation. I chose to heal chronic pain in my feet. When I looked for where this was located in the body I found that it was actually in my core — stomach and chest — and want to report that when I moved the energy out, I REALLY FELT IT MOVE!! My heart and chest feel more open and spacious now. Fun side note is towards the end of the video, I actually saw Jeffrey surrounded by a white light and it was also radiating from his hands. No kidding!!! Have a great day everyone!!
