Learning to connect with subtle energies instead of distancing from them
Loretta enrolled in this quest seeking to understand subtle energies better. She hopes to transform her unease and fear into deeper awareness and connection with the world around her.
The reason I enrolled in this quest was to learn more about the subtle energies. What I hope to discover is how to become more aware of these subtle energies and not be as perplexed by them. I feel that if I deepen my understanding of them I will be able to connect more with what is actually around me rather then distancing myself due to being feeling uneasy or fearful.
